 Essential Duties and Responsibilities: 
	Performs and manages cradle to grave purchase order execution (i.e 
	proposal stage through delivery and installation) including proposal 
	support, purchasing, expediting, site support, etc.Reviews, negotiates, and implements contract terms and conditions with 
	suppliers for the procurement of equipment (goods, services, and supplies) 
	in favorable terms to ensure proper flow of project-specific contract terms 
	between prime contact and supplier contract. Executes purchasing of equipment (goods, services, and supplies) which 
	includes RFQ inquiry, bid tabulation, commercial evaluation, commercial 
	negotiation including terms and conditions, and order placement. Has good 
	knowledge of international requirements related to these commercial 
	transactions with experience in finalizing logistical requirements to 
	deliver equipment globally.Expedites purchase orders to monitor/manage vendor progress to ensure 
	timely shipment of equipment/material to a project site in a safe and 
	cost-efficient manner; including post-delivery purchase and site supports.Supports and manages all commercial aspects of PO/vendor management 
	including terms and conditions, milestone payment, Change Order, back 
	charges, LD, etc.Coordinates with QA/QC and Engineering to maintain and expand qualified 
	vendors list globally.Coordinates with Project Management, Engineering, QC, Logistics, and 
	other relevant departments to ensure proper execution of project/equipment 
	delivery as per client/project requirements and specifications.Establishes priorities for the completion of assigned tasks. Uses 
	judgment to interpret internal and external issues and develop best 
	practices. May direct resources, prioritize tasks and provide guidance to 
	less experienced team members.Relies upon experience, interpersonal skills, and broad knowledge of the 
	field to ensure task completion in compliance with policies, procedures, and 
	business strategy. Qualifications: 
	Undergraduate degree and 7+ years of relevant experience. Required to 
	have requisite software skills related to the role such as SAP, MS Office, 
	etc.Extensive knowledge of supply chain management and vendor long term 
	partnerships at an international levelBe organized, detail-oriented, and demonstrate strong time management 
	skills and be able to coordinate and prioritize multiple projects with 
	general supervision in a fast-paced environment.Have excellent written and verbal communication skills and be able to 
	adapt to changing work efforts and manage shifting priorities.Be able to develop and maintain professional relationships with 
	internal/external stakeholders and contribute to a professional work 
	environment by demonstrating integrity, teamwork, and a positive attitude.Knowledge of currency and commodity impacts on equipment pricing is 
	required.
