Import/Export Compliance Manager

Qualifications:

• Must have ability to communicate and implement company-wide compliance strategies, as required.
• 5+ years experience working in a corporate compliance management role or senior trade consulting role required
• In-depth knowledge of U.S. Customs, U.S. Department of Commerce regulations and international trade law regulations preferred.
• Extensive experience in tariff (HTS) classification required.

Responsibilities:

• Develop the company global trade compliance program and structure.
• Provide business solutions to trade compliance challenges
• Serve as corporate subject matter expert on all areas of import and export compliance
• Advise upper management on impact of trade compliance regulations and changes worldwide
