Description

This individual will report to Intergraph's Global Compliance Officer and will be responsible for advice, training, and administrative responsibilities related to export compliance. This will include responsibility for determining export classifications for Intergraph software and hardware products and for preparing export license applications for submission to the Bureau of Industry and Security and the Directorate of Defense Trade Controls. This individual will also advise and assist in the preparation of Commodity Classification and Commodity Jurisdiction requests, prepare and present employee training, work with legal counsel, and brief executive management as necessary. Responsibilities may be expanded to include other compliance risk areas depending on corporate need and individual's ability. Some travel is required. Applicant must possess or have the ability to obtain a security clearance.

Job Requirements

A minimum of 4 years legal or export compliance experience is preferred. Applicant must be comfortable with technology and proficient with Microsoft Office applications. Experience in regulatory compliance necessary. Experience with international transactions is preferred. Experience managing employees is helpful.

Education

A law degree or export compliance certification is required.
