Compliance Manager - $75-85k
Location Utah
Core Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead the contract administration process and ensure
compliance to legal, contract, government, and Corporate Polices
- Construction, review and analysis of all legal and business contracts
(including but not limited to sales agreements, nondisclosures, amendments,
addendum and bids) to ensure compliance with corporate guidelines and
subsequent assistance on contractual matters to all Pricing and Sales
functions.
- Manage and control the contract process and ensure compliance to
Corporate and Division polices (including Price Policy) and terms and
conditions of sale. Provide direction and guidance to Pricing department
personnel to ensure proper administration of contracts.
- Maintain current knowledge of FAR / DFAR
- Support Government Accounting Manager initiatives and evaluate and
ensure compliance with BGI accounting policies and Government treatment of
existing and proposed guidelines, as well as “cost and pricing” data and CAS
compliance, etc.
Qualifications:
- 5 to 7 years experience working with government contracts
- BA or BS in Business Administration (Finance/accounting) or technical
discipline. MBA Preferred
- Defense industry experience/knowledge preferred; or CAS compliant
